"I have shopped in this store on several occasions but the last few times I am beginning to question my loyalty to the shop as a customer and feel the customer service is lacking on one occasion I was in store and they didn't have my size in some men's Dickies pants the manager was there and seemed to be trying to tell me my size I had to correct him as I had worn this brand before he offered to take my phone number and said he would call me when my size came in stock well.... I never got that phone call. I felt this was poor customer service. Another occasion I went in the shop on 28/02/2022 at around 16:30 there was a young girl at the desk as I walked in I said hello and she just looked at me and ignored me and the look on her face was a look of disgust and Contempt it wasn't very nice and not what I expect seeing as I had spent money there on previous occasions and the same girl gave me the same dirty look and ignored me again when I said thanks and goodbye on the way out. It hurts me to write this review because I am a huge advocate for supporting the local business rather than the mainstream department chain however businesses like this should pride themselves on great customer service so people come back as it's all about giving the shopper that personal experience. That's twice now that I have experienced bad customer service and once being from the manager himself. What a sorry state of affairs I don't think I will be going back to this shop."

"Overpriced and judgey staff. Only come with my mum cause she like the run & fly dungarees they stock. As too bigger females, you can see the difference in approach between us and smaller females."
