"Small jewellers, staff attitude was- they are right and you are wrong. Told they weren't busy to resize four rings and can be done in an hour. Then had to book them in and wait a week for the changes, how? Called on the day due to collect to be sure and told, "just coming out the workshop". On collection the rings were in little plastic bags, not in boxes after spending almost £500. Workmanship was good though. Won't use them again, not recommended for their attitude."

The watch was returned in almost as new condition despite its 42-years of age and is a credit to the workmanship and service of the company.
