“Great local chippy, serving an extra portion of care! Stopped here on Friday evening, as we had visitors from abroad who wanted the fish and chip experience and we needed a gluten free option. Deb’s fish bar did not disappoint! Gluten free cod and haddock tasted almost exactly the same as the regular gluten ones. When ordering and needing a little extra advice and help service went above and beyond, even though it was during the Friday evening rush. Also saved us money as we would have massively over ordered. Portions were enormous. Personally, I preferred the cod over the haddock as the haddock still had the skin on, but that is 100% personal preference.”

“ALL ROUND AMAZING!!! Have driven past many a time and always said we'd visit but never have. Spontaneously decided to try out their Sunday roast a few days ago and the whole experience was just phenomenal! Staff were so lovely (especially the slim lady with dark blackish hair). The place looked fabulous inside and the food...the food was SO GOOD! Best Yorkshire puds we may have ever had. Meat was melt in your mouth. Root veggied were awesome. Will 100% be returning!”

“Hidden Gem. Where else can you sit down for a decent beer, watching a Spitfire, Messerschmidt and Mustang playing outside ? Beautiful Art Deco bar and lounge, covered terrace and plenty of we'll maintained outside space. Excellent restaurant and bar snacks menu.”

“Im a bit biased but the food is brillaint. Ive grown up eating chinese food and this is the place i order from. Nowhere else. The dishes are brillaint i have tried most of the food on the menu and it is all good. Sometimes they're busy but thats because they are that good.”

“Amazing burgers. We tried the Triple Smash cheeseburger, which tasted really unique and with the special sauce making it a really great choice. We also tried the Cluckin Chicken Burger which also tasted so good, more subtle. Fries were also delicious and chicken bites super crispy. Service was friendly and super fast. Loved it”

“Awesome food. One of the most loved restaurant in uk. Biriyani’s taste was same as Kerala. Nothing bad to say about this restaurant. Beef roast was very tasty. I will recommend is restaurant than any other restaurant in the UK. Each and every dishes was superb. No one can say anything bad about their food. Also the quantity for every dishes was very good. Biriyani is served with raitha, pickle and Kerala pappadam. Also the price, with cheep price will get nice food with very good quality and quantity of food.”

“Just had our first home delivery of fish & chips. Excellent service, food was piping hot and delivery way ahead of the advisory time. Third meal we have had from Spot On and they have all been excellent. Perfectly happy with the entire experience from shop service, to home delivery and the range of food on offer.”

“Ordered for the first time tonight. Great food. Only downside was lamb Madras wasn't as spicy hot as I like but the king prawn jalfrezi was REALLY spicy yum yum yum. “Tucked away behind the car wash and bed place on Alma Street, If you don't know it's there then you will miss it and drive past. A good selection of Gujrati food from Sweet to Savory, really handy to pop down to town if you fancy a bit of Guji food. Pooja is a doing a great service to the local Indian community so perhaps we should appreciate what have here and use our local business's. Don't wait until it's gone then moan later. A little high on the sugar content on some of the foods as most Asians suffer from Diabetes, so perhaps Pooja need to consider reducing the sugar content in some of the dishes. Love their Dhokra, tastes great warmed up with chutney. - Jag”

“Always amazingly quick service. If they are quiet-5minutes,if they are busier-10mins,absolutely stacked-20mins. My food is always ready by the time I arrive, piping hot, good quality, well packed. Staff are very efficient..scarily so! Very good at multitasking! Always head for Aroma when I want a Chinese takeout, either for just myself or for a large gathering of family or friends. They've never let me down....highly recommended”
