“In all the years of dining out at restaurants I don’t think I have ever encountered an individual who has serviced our table as amazingly as Bow. This is my 2nd visit to Marco’s Italian at Milton Keynes (don’t be fooled by the fact this restaurant is attached to the holiday inn) mainly due to the impeccable service received from Bow. Her attitude to her customers is second to none, my family and I will be sure to return. The steaks are cooked to perfection and the buffalo wings are the best I’ve had. The food and wine is really very good. But the service is stellar. If you monitor your reviews Marco’s, Bow is the pinnacle of hospitality service and employees like this should be celebrated and retained at all costs. She really is a credit to your team there at the restaurant. The food, the drinks (best mojitos in town) and the service are beyond expectation. Thank you Bow and team”

“I have been a customer of Olney House of Beauty for 4 years, for a monthly CACI facial and regular gel nails. The team are lovely and it always feels like a proper treat. When necessary, they would advise me to do something different (e.g. a gel break) which gives me the confidence that they have my best interest at heart. We usually have a good laugh, but they are sensitive enough to read their customers’ needs. They come highly recommend.”

“This is special salon. Super professional team, friendly in a relaxing atmosphere, with a refreshing down-to-earth attitude that makes you feel welcome in a genuine way. Loulu is a young talent with superb customer service skills. She puts me at easy when doing colours (always tricky at best), and is a gentle perfectionist. She has been able to do wonders with the colour of my hair, which my partner hasn't stop complimenting for 2 days! I usually dread when doing colours as you never know the result, but this anxiety has washed away here. Thank you Loulu and the team - and wishing you much success in your new home :)”
