"I tried this place for the first time for infills a few weeks ago & was really impressed with the shape and how my design was exactly like the picture i provided to the tech. However today, i provided the design picture and the tech decided to ignore the design completely and do plain tips and proceeded to charge me extra for tips i didn't ask for. my appointment was booked for 1pm on my lunch break and i waited until 1:10 so this couldn't have been corrected as they were already running late."

"I was a walk in customer for soak off acrylics. Completely ruined my nails by using the electric file too much to the point my nails hurt to put under water. They are paper thin now. They were really healthy before this as I just got acrylics for one time. Absolutely mortified. Never returning."

"Yes I have visited the salon on a few occasions and have been left disappointed more than once! I visited the salon this morning, arrived 10 mins before opening at 9am only to be told there was nobody available until 10am. Hence the low review! Not a great service when you do not account for walk ins, even from the moment you open!! Nowhere does it state appointment only!!"

"I moved from London , so I was looking for a new convenient nail salon that provides the same day booking. This nail salon booked me in on Sunday , they were very accommodating and professional with their booking service and called me to inform me that I can arrive earlier. They helped me with finding the location as it is within a shopping complex. The staff listened to my requirements and implemented my request. I was pleasantly surprised. I should have asked for the lady’s name that specifically did my nails."
