"Sadly I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I was told that because I hadn’t had my gel nails applied by HOB they weren’t happy to remove them. A half hearted attempt to remove them was made and I felt that because the technician was very busy and had a ‘fully booked day’ she wasn’t prepared to spend the time in removing them. Quite honestly I left the salon with nails that were in a terrible state. I still wonder why I paid and walked away with still half of the gel nails on. I regret to say that I won’t be going back for a manicure as the technician suggested as I felt she was more concerned about her next client than dealing with me. She also spent a lot of the time complaining to me that they don’t like removing the type of gel I had. Such a shame and a waste of money."

When necessary, they would advise me to do something different (e.g. a gel break) which gives me the confidence that they have my best interest at heart.
