"The facility is clean. The office staff is friendly. If you are under 70, probably not a good fit. My opinion is the older generation is intimidated. Also, not too many "animal lovers". One of the worst things is they have only one hot water heater for 26 apartments and I have been there 6 weeks and I have not gotten a full hot shower once."
"If you want to go someplace to die it's not bad. If you are younger than 80 your not a woman it terrible. Mantainence is a joke."
