"We had a great stay at the Station inn. Rooms were nice , clean, very well organized. I was apprehensive initially with no front desk but everything was very well organized. Also their response time of 10 mins by email in answering a query was pretty good. IT would be nice to have a well stacked tasty snack vending machine for late night cravings :-), because uber eats and doordash don't really work that well up there late at night."
"Communication with the owner for check in/out, parking details etc. was pleasant, easy and efficient. They were kind enough to offer a complimentary upgrade when the Inn was not full - much appreciated! Facility is very clean including guestrooms & bathrooms. Overall, well appointed with TV's, charging ports etc. Comfortable beds. Coffee bar was well stocked - even had real cream. Nothing they can do about the trains, but they were loud passing by - especially at 5:45AM on a Saturday morning."
"Great little Inn right in the town of Pawling. Its my second time staying at Station Inn and it was just as great as the first time. You are able to choose the room that bests suits you, the rooms are updated and very clean. I highly recommend Station Inn Pawling!"
"Enjoyable little town with several excellent food options. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. We stayed in the Morning Light apartment which only has one bathroom in the primary bedroom. The shower curtain made for tight space but hot water was abundant. Likewise, the apartment has plenty of closet space and could benefit from a full size ironing board and additional mirror. The main living area spacious but could be rearranged for better functionality since the wall mounted fireplace was behind entry door."
"I’m a professional hair and makeup artist; I stayed here because I did hair and makeup for a beautiful wedding in Pine Plains. I only stayed in the room for less than 12 hours but the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The only things that I would’ve loved to have was a table to eat my dinner at (instead of seated on the bed) and a bigger bathroom counter (so I had somewhere to wash and dry my makeup brushes). The bathroom counter was non-existent. Other than that the water pressure was good, and I didn’t feel the need to wear socks or my hotel slippers in the room. Hotel carpets make my skin crawl but not here!! I was also able to part right in front of the hotel for free."
