"This was our first season camping at Copake. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. We were recently there and the ball field was a little flooded. They went above and beyond by adding fresh dirt and making the ball field playable. My kids love it. Top notch service. Definitely going back."
"Not too kid friendly. An insane amount of rules. Terrible cell service so Wi-Fi would’ve helped- except the Wi-Fi would hardly work and their rule is to only use it for emails and web browsing in 1-hour increments. Outdated checkout at the store- takes forever if you use a debit/credit card. Get with the times! Also, who wants to sign in to use a pool?"
"The campground is clean and well laid out. The staff at the store was very pleasant and helpful. The showers are horrible! They're push button and the water doesn't start on long enough to do anything. You can't control the temperature and the water got too hot. The ventilation is so bad it was difficult to get dressed after showering since you can't completely dry off in that humid environment."
