"The owner sold me fraudulent AirPods, it was “wrapped & unopened”, even had “warranty” on it! I went to Apple to investigate an issue with said “Airpods”. They found the product with this serial number has had Unauthorized modifications."

"I was looking for a place to find out their policy in regards to sell coins, since I have a good collection of foreign coins. To my surprise I met Artur the owner, that besides going over his store's policies he recommended me how to go about, since lots of other places do not buy any that aren't collection coins.I was very pleased with his customer service. Once I gathered them into a nicer presentation I went to his shop to showed him what I have. After looking through them he went on with his pluses and minus in regards what to look for, something for me to learned.After he finished with his calculations he tells me let me see what I can do and buy some from you, after few other seconds, Artur tells me, I will buy all of them and tells me how much I will get paid. I was totally surprised I did not expect that in a million years. I have been to quite other places and they don't even take the time to speak to you. I truly appreciate his honest appraisal as well as advise. Definitely I highly recommended ADL JEWERLY, Excellent customer service. "I brought several watches for a cleaning and battery replacement. The cheaper watches that just needed a battery replacement were no problem. The more expensive watches were sent away to be cleaned. One watch had exactly the same problems it had before the cleaning. It would get stuck and stop at least once a day. I told the guy, if you can't fix it just let me know. He said it was in perfect working order when it was returned. I wore it once and it ran 20 minutes fast and then stopped. The next watch was returned to me in "perfect working order" except that one of the features was not working at all. It was also running 1 minute slow per day. The owner offered a 1 year warranty on labor so I gave the watch back to him to try again. TWO FULL months later the watch was returned to me with the same feature not working and now running 5-10 minutes slow per day. Apparently the technicians that he works with are not worth the effort. My watches are still "under warranty" but I wont bring them back to him because they seem to get worse the more work is done to them. What a waste of money. The owner seems like a friendly, smiley guy but I think he uses the language barrier as a way to hide his incompetence."
