Truly unacceptable after spending that much money. He not only didn't supply a box but he made me stand in a 45 min line just to purchase a flimsy tote bag to carry 50+ lbs of framed items."
"Dont bring your UPS packages here nor coordinate a ups pickup. They don’t even know how to scan a package and provide a receipt. The cashier literally asked me what she’s supposed to do. On another incident, a worker took a picture of my label with her personal iphone and said it was scanned. Save yourself the stupid sandwich frustration and take your packages across the street. My brain cells hurt after dealing with idiocracy twice"
"Anaisa (so sorry if I got her name wrong, I wasn't wearing my glasses) is an awesome manager. I went to the grab and go shelves, but my order wasn't there (it happens when your order is too big to fit). I asked employee K (I'll just call her that instead of putting her full name) for help. She tells me to join the checkout line and have a cashier help get my order. Thank God I asked the next person I saw, which turned out to be the manager. The line was insane and I ordered online so I could just pick up my order and leave. Seems my order was in two places... part was in a back room, and the other portion was behind the registers. She is not just an awesome manager because she helped sort out my order retrieval, but because I noticed she was directing customers at the checkout so that the line would move. Before she stepped away to help, she instructed another employee to direct the customers on the line to keep it moving. She was constantly giving instructions on the handheld radio."
