"Everytime I visited in NYC, I alway go this shop to get few more jewelry or more piercing. When they were little, my mom's family as a whole got their ears pierced. When I was 6 months old, I got my piercings done here. My mother only trusts this particular shop and doesn't trust any other. The quality of their jewelry is excellent. They also performed double piercing for me on my left ear, and they cleaned up really well and gave excellent aftercare instructions. I also loved their earring jewelries! The staffs are very friendly!"

"So where do i begin. First of all, I already bought from this place to pierce my nose. It was successful, since they just used the gun to pierce my nose and i just use the stud it came with. Today i finally decided to go back there and switch it up. I entered and was just taking a look around because i wasn’t sure what nose ring to buy. I then get approached by 3 people who work there to help me one after the other. I asked all 3 of them a few times what the size of the nose ring i already have is. I get told over and over again that they don’t know the nose ring size because they said it wasn’t bought from them. i then corrected them and said i bought it from here, and they still had no idea what size it is, that the part that enters the piercing is just a “standard size”. I started to feel overwhelmed because i didn’t understand how 3 people can work in a jewelry store and not know that there are different sized nose rings for your piercing. I finally picked one that i really liked and tried my hardest to compare it to the one i already have by holding the new one next to it side by side, and they both looked similar to me. I then ask one of the 3 workers if this will fit me and showed them the hole of the piercing, they said yes. I asked “are you sure?” two times and i was told the same answer. keep in mind, you are not allowed to try anything until they are purchased, and there is a no refund policy, which i think is bizarre. So i ended up buying it and bringing it back to my boyfriends car. I tried to put it in my piercing hole and ended up almost bleeding. The nose ring did not fit and now i am stuck with it due to lack of knowledge from the 3 workers that i was assisted by today. If you want to buy anything that goes into your nose piercing or just simply ask for measurements of something you already have, do NOT go here. Worst experience i have had in a jewelry store yet."

"I have only positive experiences from this business! They custom-made our wedding-bands (rolling ring), a thumb ring, and a chain with dog-tag, with a camera “welded” on it. Their prices are reasonable and their services are on-point. Im currently waiting for a custom-made earring (1 piece) in honor of my deceased brother. I will post the photo once i get it."
