With a rich history dating back to 1869, we proudly serve the Jewish community in Utica and the Mohawk Valley region of Upstate New York. Our synagogue is the result of the merging of several historic congregations, including the House of Jacob and Tifereth Zvi, making us the only remaining Orthodox Jewish synagogue in Utica. Our congregation is a vibrant and diverse mix of Ashkenazi, Bukharian, Russian, and Spanish-Portuguese Jewish families. As a dedicated and compassionate primary care physician, Dr. Circelli is proud to serve patients of all ages in the Utica community. With over eight years of experience, she is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients and their families, providing personalized care and attention to each individual. Dr. Circelli is part of the Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) Medical Group at the East Utica Medical Office, where she also serves as the Medical Director of primary care.
