Welcome to Congregation Zvi Jacob, an Orthodox Jewish Synagogue located at 110 Memorial Parkway, Utica, New York. With a rich history dating back to 1869, we proudly serve the Jewish community in Utica and the Mohawk Valley region of Upstate New York. Our synagogue is the result of the merging of several historic congregations, including the House of Jacob and Tifereth Zvi, making us the only remaining Orthodox Jewish synagogue in Utica. Our congregation is a vibrant and diverse mix of Ashkenazi, Bukharian, Russian, and Spanish-Portuguese Jewish families. Over the past five years, we've welcomed many young families, invigorating our community with new energy and spirit. We are committed to providing a welcoming home for those seeking to observe the mitzvot on Shabbos and Yom Tovs in the Orthodox tradition.

Welcome to the practice of Dr. Karishma Circelli, MD, located at 1256 Culver Avenue, Utica, New York. As a dedicated and compassionate primary care physician, Dr. Circelli is proud to serve patients of all ages in the Utica community. With over eight years of experience, she is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients and their families, providing personalized care and attention to each individual. Dr. Circelli is part of the Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) Medical Group at the East Utica Medical Office, where she also serves as the Medical Director of primary care. Her extensive training includes a Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, New York, and valuable experience as a Clinical Research Assistant at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, focusing on cancer clinical trials.
