"Place is great. I threw a bunch of parts at them to install on my mountain bike. Wasn't sure if I even ordered the right stuff. This was an exceptional case on my end, as I wanted a bunch of stuff on my bike that may or may not fit/install properly. Was also confident there would be snags w/ the install process but everything came together just fine in the end. Communication was exceptional too. They didn't charge me an arm & leg. Both of the Johns are good dudes and you can just tell they're customer-oriented."
