"Over all very neat and most employees are friendly. The assistant manager I believe her name is Shannon C, was very miserable and rotten. Very rude to a few employees. Something needs to be done with her. I have heard from previous employees who worked there even back then she was a rotten miserable individual."
"What is the policy now regarding veteran discounts? I spent over $600 dollars for a new dryer only to find out at cash out that their was no veteran's discount. I informed the sales representative when he was checking if the dryer was in stock that I'am a veteran and he never mentioned at that time that their was no discount. If the policy has changed I'll spend my dollars somewhere other than Loews"
"This is well organized. Super staff are very friendly and courteous. The store is bright and clean inside and out. The aisles are free from clutter and easy to get around. This store has tons of instore specials. A very well stocked garden center. When in town you have to stop here."
