"Had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with one of the grumpiest cashiers ever. Didn’t greet us as we placed our items down, she was clearly in a bad mood. She started aggressively scanning my items huffing and puffing and then smacked the receipt down on the table while I had my hand out waiting for it. Happy holidays to you too.."

"The store is well organized and it's very easy to find the specific products I am looking for and some extras along the way. My problem is that I always have to wait in a long line to check out. The whole check out process just feels so slow and could definitely be better for the customers. Very nice place as long as you are not in a rush."

"This store has an attitude problem. The clerks and a good majority of the staff don’t have the common human decency you’d expect at a store let alone the real world. Perhaps if the employees were trained properly to assist customers and to be kind to each other then maybe people would be happy to shop here. The general vibe is one of misery and it shows. Step it up TJ Maxx Oswego, then maybe your employees would want to stay."
