"So I really wanted to give this place a five star review. The front desk staff at this location are almost always amazing people. The pt person is amazing as well. Really amazing. I would totally recommend doing pt with her. That being said, billing issues not resolved in over 5 months has led me to have to weigh down the review appropriately due to my experience as a customer. I have emailed billing and received no updates to date. I also had one experience with a know-it-all bad attitude rep berating me for not knowing anything(read: she thought she had the higher ground to belittle me) Your mileage may vary, but while the pt experience was wonderful, expect pain in the billing department. I’m sorry I couldn’t give them a 5 star review. The pt person really deserved it. She really did, but was let down by her employer."

"First of all to find an efficient and friendly physical therapy place that takes my insurance is unbelievable! Of all the PT places I went to, this Greenpoint office is the only one I will go to! They even include messages on the hrurt spots. I always feel good afterwards and they make me feel welcome and like they care! I even live in the UES and go to Fresh Pond!!!!"

"Kariz took care of me before and after my knee surgery. She was very efficient and effective in guiding me to recuperate and knowing when/how to push me to get stronger. John and the front desk team are very helpful and flexible with scheduling. This is a small and friendly PT office, I’m happy to graduate from therapy but will miss the routine of my weekly visits! I also worked with the owner Liza once when she was subbing, and she is a truly a healer. I highly recommend fresh pond PT."

"The physical therapist is truly excellent - she’s experienced and knowledgeable so that when I described issues she’s been on point in all of her recommendations (for a torn ankle tendon) for both in-office and at-home self-care. The front desk staff at this office also creates a very courteous positive environment as well. Highly recommend."
