"I had to come here for a procedure. I was given an appointment time and was not let into the room until three hours later. Before the procedure the doctor was rude and told me that the procedure may be painful but I will not be able to do anything about it. When the procedure was finished I asked a simple question and was rudely brushed off. This office should cease to exist. It is unprofessional in every way."

"My visit to this office was 11/17/23. I have been a regular customer for 4 years and have my breasts checked every year. I have private insurance, I make appointment two weeks in advance. I think this is enough time to check my insurance. But I come and every time it’s the same thing - they don’t know or accept my insurance. I have to sit and wait for a long time while they find out about my insurance. However , as I wrote above, I am a regular customer and holder of the same insurance. Very rude women on the front desk. In addition, after the visit they pushed me into the waiting room without providing the result. To my question, how is my examination overall - is everything the same or are there any changes, can I talk to the doctor. They answered me rudely, you will find out the result from your doctor who referred me. In response to my request, please, I want to get my medical records for the all period or at least 2 years - they told me that they are updating the program, call in 10 days. And to be honest, I'm not sure that this is true. I am very upset by such indifference to my patients. The doctor Farzam Kashania didn’t even bother to see me; they refused to provide me with my medical records as well as the examination results. I have private insurance, I pay a lot of money to be treated so disrespectfully. I will look for another doctor and another place where you will be given attention and not thrown out the door. A very unpleasant experience. I don’t recommend it to anyone, look for another place"

"If they could get a lower score they would! This is the most incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure of running into! I called on Tuesday to make appointment for Bone Density and a Cat Scan…. Young man made appointment for Bone Density for Monday 7/31. I was told he couldn’t make Cat Scan appointment but someone would call me back. So I called back on yesterday… he still can’t make appointment. He is surprised to hear no one called me !!! Assures me woman would call me later! NO ONE calls me back!!! I’m HOME all day!!! So I call this morning…. I want to cancel bone density test…..woman can’t find my appointment for Monday….. apparently he made it for 8/7/23. But I was able to cancel the appointment(at least I hope I did)! I thought Doshi was bad but this place is even worse!!!"

"I liked to visit this medical/imaging office! The front desk specialists are welcoming the patients and professionally approach their needs! It is very important for the patients to feel understood and it makes them more stable in their situations! The technicians work thoroughly in order not to miss something important while testing. The doctor is very committed, knowledgeable and responsive while fulfilling tasks. Thank you very much for letting me feel much better after the procedures, than before them.
