"My dentist missed a spot, left my gums vulnerable after the cleaning and the leftover tartar made my gums recede. Never answers my messages on the MyChart and then when I flagged him down after a scheduled cleaning with an actual hygienist, he tells me that he "thought I planned on doing a gingivectomy anyway". I never said that I was but that I was considering this when its financially feasible, but now I feel like I might be forced to doing this if the gums don't heal back.. I have a gummy smile on one side of my teeth and now the tooth on the opposite side is longer which made the appearance of my gummy smile alot worse. I didn't want to cut my gums on my right side and have longer teeth. I started coming here to improve my dental health and make sure that my teeth don't start falling out of my skull after years of neglecting myself due to mental health, and now I feel like I look feral and don't want to smile anymore. I had to take doxycycline to preserve the gum from receding any further. They had recommended I get veneers and a gingivectomy like I have all this money to drop on cosmetic procedures. On top of that, I just had an appointment with a hygienist last Thursday and I swear to God he had to have filed down the edges of my bottom front teeth... it doesn't look the same as it did before"

"Simply terrible. I waited 4 hours just to have a pill, while people around me were desperately screaming for help, with no one of the nurses or doctors caring about it. WC in the emergency area was covered in pee and poop, for hours. I'm Italian, and seeing that this is the US medical help (PAYED with an insurance) let me re-evaluate the Sanitary Service of my country... A LOT."

"The entire emergency room staff are disrespectful. The nurse's forgot there bedside manner. I watched a woman who was suffering with chest pain lie on the floor and doctor's passed her by without a second glance. I witnessed not one but 2 nurse's curse at patients. To see a triage nurse it took 2hrs. Nurse's are supposed to make patients comfortable not curse and argue with them.."

"By far the worst hospital in brooklyn, the emergency room is filthy i literally just watched a man come into the ER in so much pain he collapse and security and staff just stood there and watched. I have been sitting here for 4 hours and have not been called and others have been here hours before me and was not called. It seems you have to yell and scream just to be serviced. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. If you can take our money then provide better service and a cleaner environment"
