"If I have to give a review on the cleanliness, most of these hospitals are old. This doesn’t define the service from the nurse, they provide excellent service and made sure I was well when I left, very friendly, and a very nice staff."

"The three stars are for the 2 nurses and 1 doctor who did everything right. If the ER staff as a whole were more professional, and the place didn't smell like a port-a-potty, I would have considered a five star review, as this ER department was and is overwhelmed daily with lack of space and caregivers."

"They are so unprofessional, Imagine I’ve been here at the hospital since 8 o’clock in the morning as of 01/16/24 and I've been told The lungs in my right chest have collapsed. They also told me that I had a tissue grown in between my chest. The other thing is they told me that it might be cancerous and it might not because it’s a mass they also notified me they have been Seeing this very same mass from June of 2023 when I was first admitted for asthma but instead, they told me and my family only about the Pneumonia that I had in both my lungs. Now that I'm back and the mass gotten bigger they telling me I have to wait till morning to see a Pulmonary doctor I’ve been here since 8 o’clock in the morning if it was so serious should not have seen a pulmonary doctor Shouldn’t they have authorized? Biopsy? No nothing only thing that was blood work, which gave me blood thinners, magnesium, three treatment of asthma treatments, and a pill called singular, I believe I’m spelling it incorrectly, or saying anything incorrectly since I’ve been here, they have not fed me give me any water give me any gown give me any socks, any pillow any sheets I have to be the one asking for all these things as a patient with a collapsed lung. I’ve been laying in my bed in pain for the longest coughing no one came to see if I was OK then when I asked for a cup of water, the lady told me one minute became half an hour later, and the only reason why I was able to get the water is that I started yelling and cursing and someone from Human Resource I believe heard me and came not everybody starts doing what they’re supposed to do according to them. They are not my nurse so because they’re not my nurse they weren’t gonna attend to me and left me there. They’re community service is the worst They lack professionalism. All they do is sit and talk about other patients. And laugh at them and their pain."

"Every time my mother has to come to this hospital it’s just pure nonsense. Zero communication between staff so nothing is timely. Some of the doctors are good and others are horrific! You have to continually ask for information that otherwise should be given to you freely. I do not recommend sending your loved ones here!"

"The wait is beyond ridiculous in the emergency room, you’ll literally wait here for a 3 - 6 hours+. The hospital is dusty and could use a much needed renovation. Some of the staff could use some serious manners. Everybody has days when they don’t want to be bothered but when you work at a hospital be friendly and patient."
