"Horrible customer service. They lost my pants and told me they’ll call me. When I called back and came to ask, the employee accused me of lying. I asked him to check cameras, he yelled at me and then ignored me. I told him I don’t want to leave a negative review. He told me leave a review I don’t care."

"Seriously I do not leave bad reviews! DO NOT WASTE UR TIME UNLESS U R WASHING DOG MATS OR UR Desperate!! THIS PLACES NEEDS HELP!! IT IS SO DIRTY & HALF THE MACHINES DONT WORK!! The man behind the counter was so nasty and huffed and puffed because I asked him to get me soap to buy that was 4x the price then other 24 hour laundry mats!! OH When I called he never told me it was five dollars for a card and that they don’t use hot water!! Thankfully the hot water works when washing not pre soaking!! I didn’t put my clothes in the dryer yet. I pray they work!! I posted pictures 2 machine works in the row of 12!!!"
"what I love about this place is that it has air conditioning so it’s not hot while you’re doing laundry. This place also has vending machines with soda and candy. The washing machines are big. Their prices are reasonable. They are open 24 hours and there are always washing machines and dryers available."
