"I have been a customer for over two years. The service is generally good. I was super happy with a cleaner I had for the past year--enough so that I was willing to overlook the fact that I'm being charged for 6.5 hours, even though it only ever took her 5 on an average day. However, she's left the company. The substitute cleaners are alright, but not always all that thorough for the price. Some have been more professional than others. So it really depends on who you get. I have had problems with their bill payment system, but they keep promising to make it automatic. They apparently have an app messaging system for cleaners that the cleaners never quite see until they're at your home. So communication can sometimes be an issue."

"I kind of don't want to recommend Mom's Standard because I'm worried that they'll become too popular and then I won't be able to get anyone to come and clean my place because they'll be busy. But they run an extremely tight ship with wonderfully able cleaners who will leave no proverbial stone unturned. Definitely recommended. Even if begrudgingly because I want them to be only my secret."
