"I hired this company many months ago to clean our small Brooklyn apartment. The seemed a bit high priced but I was able to look past that as initially they did a good job. Soon after, it became a constant merry-go-round of house cleaners and one was worse than the next. The icing on the cake was the last cleaning where I was talked into a "Deep Cleaning" as we had a bug issue which was quickly resolved. We were supposed to get 2 cleaner and only go one and this guy was the worst yet. The bed was sloppily made and 2 of the rooms, my office and the living room were barely touched and certainly not cleaned. As I wiped my hands over surfaced, dust flew. When I called to complain to Marco, I received a 10% discount for my troubles. I immediately canceled my services with them and would never recommend them to anyone. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY."

"Danny did an absolutely amazing job with a deep cleaning of the apartment that my daughter just moved in. He cleaned all the other areas in the bathroom including the bathtub with stains and molds so clean and shiny that no one could tell, after his cleaning, that the bathroom had been neglected for a long time!! He also made the kitchen spotless and shiny!!! He was friendly, professional, thorough, and competent ! Danny is a Gem!! We highly recommend GermSmart! We found the rate being reasonable for the quality service we’ve got. In addition, Marcos who schedules for the jobs was excellent with communications, very responsive returning calls immediately, accommodating, and friendly!"
