Van Cortlandt Manor is known for hosting The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze, a highly anticipated event that attracts visitors from across the Lower Hudson Valley. As one of only 19 remaining Allan Herschell Carousels in the world, our carousel is a testament to timeless craftsmanship, featuring 72 beautifully hand-carved wooden horses known as "jumpers."
