"Tried to see if they had an apartment available. Nobody answers the phone or returns your phone call"
"Edit: response This is outright lies. In the year I lived there, I very rarely saw any grounds keepers. Trash everywhere, garages full of animals and falling apart. Maintenance entered my apartment without permission with no repercussions. I used the emergency portal to report a flood on Christmas Day and did not have a response from maintenance until the next day, and he replies “should I come today or tomorrow”? A flood in -10° is an emergency, and I reported it as such. It’s great to say these things on paper, but im sure any previous tenant would disagree. —————— I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy. I lived there for a year and couldn’t wait to leave. It is not well kept. Things are/were falling apart and it’s impossible to get a hold of the property manager- even under the new management. We had spiders, carpenter ants, and mice. Garages are falling apart, and the driveway is full of holes. I had a significant water leak on Christmas Day and nobody came to shut the water off or take care of the problem. They raised the rent over 50% to evict people who have lived there for 18 years, and taped moving cards to their front doors. I could go on. In summary- don’t move here."

"You charge 1k for 1 bedrooms that are smaller than the average living room, and doing background, credit checks, and rental history is usually just a way to redline poor people. Your listing are terrible"
