Holiday Inn Express Syracuse Airport, an IHG Hotel

"Customer service is beyond excellent. I must admit when i was lost and frustrated, the manger, Kelly, did not loose her cool, and stayed respectful. She was helpful, accommodated my request and ensured my stay was comfortable. The staff there is professional, very helpful, and kind. Thank you for your help! It was appreciated"

"Stayed here recently when my apt was flooded. It was a last resort situation. I called and was able to come check in late at night after traditional check in times. The hotel staff was very accommodating considering the situation. The check in process was smooth. Kelly assisted me she was very friendly and told me breakfast would be available. I slept like a baby the bed was comfortable. The pool I utilized before I left it was the icing on the cake. Very relaxing givin the stress I’ve had from the night before. I’ll be staying there in the near future."

"Recently booked a room here because I had an early flight and it’s near the airport. Was assisted by a young lady named Kelly. She was very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I had an issue with the blinds but the problem was quickly resolved. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure there were no further issues. I would stay again next time I’m in town."

"My sister & I came into Syracuse for our father’s funeral and had to stay 6 nights at the Syracuse Airport Holiday Inn express. My daughter got in before us and discovered they had checked us into an uncleaned room. Chips & hair and lipstick on the sheets; it looked like the room had never been vacuumed, muddy boot prints in the uncleaned bathroom. Went to the front desk and they gave us sheets to put on the beds ourselves because they had no one that could do it. At breakfast there was barely any food out-we asked the very young man who was attempting to run the breakfast and he gave us 1 yogurt, then We had to ask for cream cheese…had to beg for food!!! When Gerry came back on Monday it was great!!! Actually had food out for us and she was very pleasant. In 6 nights our room was serviced 2 times because we begged for it. Today, the only ice machine in this place broke down. The burial service was moved up 1 day so we left 1 day early-I was told because I had a non-refundable rate, they would still charge me for the night I would be gone. It seemed the front desk staff was very nice but they had absolutely no help and most of the people working here were very young. It’s a shame because a lot of the place like the pool and breakfast area look really nice. I think this could be a good hotel but presently - it is not. At the least, I would like a refund for the night you re-rented out the room that I paid for on 1/30/24 thank you"

"The rooms are very good very value this place was not expensive, we loved it. Good breakfast in the morning everything was nice and hot. The pool was great nice and heated and the hours were 8 am - 11pm which are fantastic. All in all its a very friendly hotel we had an amazing time and we love the ihg chain hotels never have a single complaint."
