"Hello, prospective apartment leasees! I will be as transparent as possible with this review. * The office staff are very kind and helpful. I.e., Kim/Darlene/Sarah. The hours they have posted for their office are not faithful. It is very inconsistent as to when they are actually there. Typically, this isn't an issue, unfortunately the only way to re-load your laundry card is at the office and if it's closed. Guess you're not doing laundry that day. * The maintenance department definitely leaves some to be desired. I'd equate their proficiency with that of "Your buddys', buddy can do the work." It won't be good or pretty but it'll be fixed. Maybe. * Landscaping: The property is nice. It is usually well kept. This year there has been latency in terms of lawn-keeping intervals. Leading to some overgrowth. * The exterior stairs for the complexes are not usually kept. Leading to quite a desirable spot for the local spider/insect population. I'm surprised management hasn't found a way to charge them rent yet. * Cost vs. Value: When I moved in, 3 years ago. a 1 bedroom was $760/month with $300 deposit. Pretty good deal. Now, a 1 bedroom almost $1000 dollars with a matching deposit. Quite an egregious mark up. I moved into a 2 bedroom on my second year and with latest renewal cycle; they have quoted me for $1260/month and upgrading my deposit to match. A $200 increase over what I currently pay. It has become VERY obvious that Valenti Management has become an extremely greedy company, as opposed to the renter friendly company, they used to be. It is quite disheartening to see. I would not recommend anyone rent at this location. The cost of the units now simply is not worth what the units are."

"If I could give it zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely disgusting. There are mice in the laundry room and they poop everywhere and maintenance does not clean it up so you’re forced to walk on it just to do your laundry. In the winter they do not salt properly and I fell twice walking to my car. When I brought it to the offices attention they told me that I was more than welcome to salt it myself if I wasn’t happy with how they did it. The hallways smell of urine and the carpets are always damp. I should’ve lived in my car. Do not live here."

"Woodwind Gardens was initially a great place when I moved in. Three years later when I went to move. I discovered extreme amounts of black mold in my apartment. My clothes in the closets, my furniture…everything needed to be thrown out. Instead of looking for the issue, they called it a “user error”. They didn’t do anything to help me and even made me take the furniture somewhere to be thrown out as they wouldn’t dispose of it for me. Being immunocompromised and extremely allergic to mold; my parents had to clean the apartment upon my exit due to the amounts of mold inside. The owner was extremely insensitive and only cared about money. Do not recommend."
