"I have banked with chase for over 5 years, been to many branches, and this is the worst one. Their system was down and just keeps the customer waiting for an hour. The reception attitude was also really bad, no apologies or good explanation, not an estimation of how much longer is the wait."

"Consistently worst Chase Bank I've ever been in and I've been to almost all of them in Manhattan! Three out of their ATM machines are always down causing lines and today I went after hours and I was told by the security guard waiting outside that their door was broken and nobody's cards are working in the door to get in. The fact that there isn't a single Chase in Long Island City other than this one is horrible customer service. I have to go use another ATM and I believe Chase should be responsible for those fees! Very sketchy, poorly run branch."
"After visiting 3 chase banks to get help with my account , I visited this location in hopes of help. I made it in right at 4:59pm and I was told that the bankers were still there but wouldn’t help me because it was 5:00pm. I explained that I needed help gaining access to my money and the gentlemen told me to come back tomorrow. Chase needs to retrain their mediocre employees on customer service !"
