"Pros: Free One Day delivery Mon-Fri. This pharmacy does "Pill Packs" and has a drive thru window. The pharmacist with the strong accent is so kind. It is always a pleasure doing business with her. She (and a woman named Wendy) is the only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1. Cons: I used to think this was the best pharmacy until I started using k&k. The customer service is much better at k&k. Too often, I call Sullivan and I get an attitude for absolutely no reason. Also, there's a lack of communication amongst employees. I could talk to someone at noon (giving instructions) and then get a call at 3p telling I need to do things a certain way. Once I inform "her" that I did, she doesn't even apologize. It's crazy! On more than one occasion Ive been personally discriminated against and can absolutely provide dates and times for those occurrences. Without a doubt, people are treated differently here depending on his/her "wallet/insurance" Lastly, depending on which medications you take, you're an inconvenience and might be treated as such. I was treated so nice while I was only getting bp meds and an occasional antibiotic, but as soon as my list expanded and had anti depressants and anxiety medications, they changed the way they interacted with me completely. It really is a shame. We are in a time of video phones and recorders, and this type of behavior will eventually come to light. The good employees will suffer the outcome also."
