"The worst experience that we have had at any repair shop. First of all all the great reviews that we read here on Google were from the previous owners, not the current owners who used to work for them. They really have no idea what they are doing. 1) They told us they would look at the car within an hour to tell us what was wrong with our brakes. Upon calling them after 2 hours they said another hour. We called them back again 2 hours later and they didn't pick up the phone 2) we drove to the shop to see what's up and they said they didn't look at it yet 3) 2 hours later we call and they said we needed brakes so they would have to order them. They then said it might be ready later in the day. We followed up and could not get an answer. It should not be so difficult to get break pads from a local supplier but it was for them. Then we called again and they told us the next day 4) finally get the car the next day and they insisted we have to pay cash which was a big hassle 5) a few weeks later the breaks we went to a different repair shop for a check up and he told us they put the breaks on backwards. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS they are terrible!"

"We broke down at 7:40 PM on a Friday night, got off the expressway and got to a gas station. I started calling around to see if any garage was open. The owner was just closing up, but said come on over I will see if I can help you out. He was less than 10 minutes away and we were thankful.. Then the car would not start to get there. So the owner came to us, gave us a new battery to get to the garage, and ultimately we had to replace the battery and the alternator. He was able to get the parts right before parts store closed. He went above and beyond. We very thankful! Thank you Jamie for your excellent service!"
