"I have spent thousands of dollar's at this store. I called with a sku# of an item which meant I did the work already. Called the store to verify the item was there and was advised the item was physically located. $650.00. Drove to store and was told they don't have it. Left angry AGAIN. Bought item on E-bay."

"I wish the store inventory were synced with the website. Three deck belts listed on the site with the right SKU # are at the store, and when I asked an employee, he said, "Our website inventory is totally outdated with what we have in-store." I guess I'll go to Home Depot next time for better accuracy. It's 2023 every items are or should be entered in a database (unless it got stolen)"

"I was harassed by an employee named Leo at Tractor Supply. He made antisemitic remarks about my appearance and told me to "go back to where I came from." I urge everyone to avoid this store and to let the management know about Leo's behavior. Update: I tried calling the customer service number with no luck reaching anyone."

"Made an online order for a mower which was supposed to be shipped to the Pine Bush store. Order never arrived. Re-ordered one to the Liberty store. Glad I did. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a run through of how to use the new mower and helped load it on my trailer. This Tractor Supply is easily a half hour further from me but definitely worth the drive for the excellent service."
