"I’ve been biting my tongue and given this pharmacy (HORRIBLE PHARMACIST SAMANTHA WALTON)chance after chance and I am DONE! Never in my life have I met a more unprofessional unhelpful simply useless person especially in that profession… she sincerely is useless… when she is filling RXs she’s loud and obnoxious screaming everybody’s business through out the pharmacy… look i don’t have enough time to document all her shenanigans or lack of respect for the title but telling her techs about being accused of doing cocaine in the back by another customer tells you all you need to know about her and the pharmacy she runs…"

"We lost Manor Pharmacy & Harris (hospital) Pharmacy in one week with all Rx's going to Walgreens who have the worst customer service. Corporate businesses screw the customer. Healthcare in the richest country on earth? A (very bad) joke."

"Everyone saying that it’s impossible to get through on the phone is 100% correct. However, I use the pharmacy regularly because I take several daily medications, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I briefly had no health insurance when I changed jobs and my previous job made a mistake and terminated my insurance too soon when I was due for a med refill (and still entitled to insurance). I still had to pay out of pocket for my meds (not the pharmacy’s fault), but the staff took time to look into the insurance issue and help me get a discount so I didn’t have to pay as much. They always contact my doctors on my behalf to get refill scripts before I run out of my meds. Being a Sullivan County resident who wasn’t born and raised here (and personally knowing some of the other reviewers), I’ll say that some of these reviews are typical Sullivan County drama and should be taken with a grain of salt."

"My second attempt to pick up medication after a surgery. The pharmacist an coworker were extremely rude and nasty for no reason. Debra and staff need to brush up on her customer service skills , the other staff member was just hostile with her threatening demeanor and slamming things around her . I was told the medication was in stock and it would take about ten to fifteen mins. After that time passed my wife asked how much longer and then we was told the medication was not in stock and to come back tomorrow in such a nasty tone. I could only imagine how many people they do this to every day. You have to do better Walgreens"

"So I had really hoped that when Walgreens took over RiteAid that the customer service and the store/pharmacy would improve, boy was I wrong. I'm not sure, but I honestly feel as if they only have 1 phone in the whole store and maybe only 1 person that can answer it. I've been placed on hold waiting to speak to someone. While you're on hold they tell you every 3-4 minutes that everyone is busy and will tell you what number you are in the que... I have sat on this phone for literally 1 hour and counting.... as the 4th caller. This is rediculis! On top of that the people in the pharmacy are extremely disorganized. No one seems to stick to one policy, it changes based on who is working and if you mention that to anyone they get very nasty and unprofessional. And to make matters worse I have had them tell me my medication was ready for pick up over the phone but when I got there was told I had to wait and was stuck their for over 30 minutes before I could get my medication and get back to work, resulting in my being late and getting written up. And they have taken over so many of the pharmacy's up here there is not much of a choice. They really need to get themselves together, maybe do a complete wipe out of their employees in the pharmacy and hire all new people and implement a policy that everyone adheres to."
