"Stayed here for the weekend during fall fest at the peek. Had the best time! Perfect location, very quiet and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating! The cabin was very comfortable and fully stocked. The screened in porch was a perfect place to drink coffee in the morning. Could not recommend more! Will definitely be coming back"

"Gorgeous place to stay. The hosts make sure you have everything and I mean everything you need to make your time comfortable. The view and the craftsmanship down to the company are fantastic. We mentioned during our booking it was our anniversary and they left a card, champagne on ice, and a candle out for us with warm wishes. It is dog-friendly. Pillows, blankets, towels, hand towels, silverware, coffee maker, toiletries etc. Our cabin had it all. Highly recommend it if you want a quiet getaway. Also, your host sends you their number, if you need anything at all that you don't see or have they will personally go into town to get it for you text or call."

"What a beautiful place to stay. The owners Leigh and Matt are very friendly & courteous. The accommodations are very nice and the area is so very peaceful. My wife and I stayed there 3 days over our 5th Anniversary, they had a card and a bottle of champagne there for us when we arrived. They stopped by shortly after we arrived to tell us where the firewood was and asked us if there was anything else we needed. They said if we thought of anything, to just text them, they were so very friendly. We were out for a walk and saw them, they said they were going to have a fire later at the pavilion and invited us down to join them. We got back from going out to eat and running some errands and went down to join them along with some other guest. We sat in front of the fireplace and shared stories and cocktails. Such friendly people, and I would highly recommend staying there, 2 thumbs-up and 5-stars."

"I said out loud probably 50x throughout the weekend, “This place is so cute”! They thought of everything and spared no expense in the details. We stayed in one of the cabins for a local wedding that weekend. The cabins are brand new and have everything you need. There was a welcome wedding gathering at the campground. Their property has a huge indoor/outdoor game space with activities and a cute place to socialize. Then we moved down to the stunning pavilion for music and food. They make the pizzas on-site in an outdoor brick pizza oven. They were amazing! Cannot say enough good things about our stay at Bison Trace. Will absolutely recommend and stay there again."

"What a wonderful surprise to find this gem! My husband and I came for a weekend to visit family in the area and I can not say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly by Leigh and felt right at home in their newest cabin unit. It was furnished beautifully, the kitchen well stocked, the air conditioning refreshing, the furniture and bed were comfortable. The area is VERY peaceful, enjoyed our coffee on the screened porch. They thought of everything to accommodate for a comfortable stay, even stocked the fire pit! We will definitely be back someday, maybe with our pups next time!"
