"This place was able to take my husband in which was amazing. We had a rough morning trying to get into another urgent care and being blatantly ignored. This place was quick. Only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is because I went to let the front desk know someone’s lights were on in their vehicle (I was walking my toddler around in a stroller because she was losing her mind in the vehicle by now) and I was greeted with something about a clipboard and an attitude that I was doing something wrong. I let them know I wasn’t here for treatment, just waiting on my husband and I wanted someone to know that their lights were on so their battery didn’t die. Being blown off twice in one day at two different health facilities is crazy. I worked at the hospital for so many years and we were always supposed to be kind and professional. A simple hi how can I help you today would’ve been better. I’m not sure why everyone seems to be so miserable today but I hope your day gets better so being more courteous and professional doesn’t come as hard next time."
"Do not waste your time going here. The staff was rude from the minute I walked into the door until I walked out. I observed very unprofessional behavior at the front desk. They had 1 PA on who clearly was going through the motions and did not want to be there. Sighing and rolling his eyes in my face literally…. I got back to the exam room no one even confirmed my name or dob which I found concerning. The PA told me “well if you’re in so much pain go to the ER.” I wish he would have suggested that before I paid $150 for absolutely nothing. I asked for discharge paperwork and was told you don’t need it but I guess I can print it. Unbelievable. Go anywhere but here"
"I would like to report serious discrimination at this location. There will be a possible complaint sent to the Better Business Bureau. My wife went to visit this location because of back pain caused by an incident at work. She was treated like she was lying to the staff and that her story did not make sense. Staff mentioned things such as no way a kinder student could weigh 70 lbs and why are kids hitting each other. Why are medical professionals attempting to argue the truth we witness in education. They must not know the situations we face on a daily basis. All of these factors played a role in her injury. After that the pharmacy kept telling her that they had not sent the medication and to call the office back. She was given attitude and told to call them back. It was not her fault that the pharmacy and office were not communicating. Next steps will be determined to report this office."
"Came in for a splinter removal we couldnt get out at home. Service was quick once registered but for some reason it takes 45 minutes to register someone."
"I was seen last Tuesday at well now, told the doctor Heather's whatever her last name is that I normally get a certain antibiotic steroid and gave her the name of it her response was nope we use amoxicillin as the best one I told her that it doesn't work for me Didn't matter it's what she ordered. Still feeling horrible on that antibiotic without a steroid. Well today we found focus by accident, I will go nowhere else Ham was amazing that the entire stamp was amazing asked me if I was wheezing I said yes I've been explain why told me I definitely needed a steroid. So don't waste your time going to well now Go right to focus, they're located in front of home Depot. A huge shout out to entire staff there. P. S. She didn't just spend 2 minutes with me like Heather did at will now and Niagara falls. I definitely know in a few days I would feeling better."
