Reviews
"The physical therapists were both pleasant and knowledgeable. However, I would recommend having more than one physical therapist assigned per patient. On my three visits, there was only one PT managing 3-4 clients simultaneously, which led to frequent transitions between patients. This approach made it feel less personal and engaging regarding my specific needs."
"PT of the city Bed-Stuy has been heaven sent. I started experiencing pain & was suggested them by my insurance. Met with Sakshi & spoke about what pain I was in. She immediately educated & showed me the exercises / stretches necessary for my issue. After that I’ve had to come weekly & it’s been pleasant. The staff is nice & try their best to attend to everyone. So far my pain has decreased significantly & I’m looking forward to my next session. I’m also pleased with the location; I’m able to get so much done & still tend to my physical needs. It’s like a breathe of fresh air for me."
"I attended two therapy sessions at this location and was disappointed in the experience both times. The first time, I arrived and my session had been pushed back 30 minutes without any explanation. Despite showing the receptionist that all communications I had received clearly stated 6 pm, and that I had booked for 6 pm originally, she essentially just shrugged me off and said the appointment was now 6:30. Then, the therapist was running late, so I wasn't actually seen until 6:45. The care I received at the first session was attentive and thorough, so I booked a second session. Unfortunately, when I returned I received subpar care. I was passed between three therapists, two of which seemed confused as to why I was there. I was told to "do my exercises" and when I explained I had only been there once before and hadn't received any instruction on what to do, I received some rushed and vague instructions on basic stretches with zero correction to make sure I was doing them right. I ended up having to Google demonstrations, which at that point, why am I paying for care? Additionally, I was doing exercises for my feet, and often was handed equipment to be used in direct contact with my skin that wasn't sanitized prior to being handed to me. I personally watched a woman use a massage ball immediately after I finished with zero sterilization offered by the staff there. I think I would be less critical if during these negative experiences, I didn't watch staff massaging each other the duration of my appointment. If you're too busy to sterilize equipment or adequately give instructions to patients, I really don't think you should be giving each other foot massages. The manual therapy/massage I received was good quality, but the rest of my experience both times was lackluster. I believe they intentionally overbook each night and then get overwhelmed that they can't actually see all the patients they have booked. I will look into care with a different clinic."
"Everything is good, heat and clean, pleasant and beautiful here. Everyone is very nice. Even my Doctor recommends this place. Sakshi, my PT helped me fill out the paperwork I needed for my condition and she was very prompt about it. Everyone is very skilled and very kind. Great service, highly recommend!"
