"Love the doctor, but it’s very upsetting when you saw a doctor and cannot contact him. The office told me that because I have not seen him in 6 months I cannot ask him a question and I would have to book an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. If you would like to rectify this situation please call me, as my contact information is in your system."

"The staff that answers the phone at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. When I asked about a telehealth visit option, the woman on the phone got very nasty with me and said they don’t do it (It’s fine that they don’t do it, but her attitude is uncalled for). It’s impossible to get an appointment. My doctor only works mornings and when I go in for an appointment it takes over an hour to be seen, making me have to take half days off work, once for the procedure and then again just to talk with the doctor for 5 minutes to get results. I’ve been vomiting for over 3 months with no clear reason and it took 2 months just to be seen for an initial appt."
