"After looking extensively for a facility that offers both psycho-therapeutic, as well as, medication management services I found LifeStance. I expected a short review of my medications with the prescriber but was pleasantly surprised that the clinician took a full hour to extensively review my whole history, not just taking a look at the medication component of treatment. Royston Ogbuagu was thorough, precise, comprehensive, educated, empathetic and very easy to talk to. As a clinician myself, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a provider."

"As mental health practice, the amount of stress endured by errors in billing is immeasurable. I’ve sent messages through the portal repeatedly, called the phone line got a recording saying my hold time was 5 minutes followed immediately by a hold over 30 minutes message. I’ve waited over 30 minutes and got disconnected. I’ve tried the call back option too, never received a call. The billed my insurance wrong (1 visit with 2 different providers), didn’t use the EAP code provided during the session and refusal to assist by anyone, just a referral to billing which remains unanswered. Perhaps taking this to social media and other resources will bring resolution."

"UPDATE 5 days later: After probably 50 website messages, emails, and phone calls, I have yet to receive a refund. DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS. I have been calling and emailing for MONTHS in an attempt to contact the billing department. My card has been charged TWICE for my unsatisfactory appointment. The billing department REFUSES to contact my insurance company."

"UPDATE 2 (5 days later): Someone named Skyla called me and was very apologetic about my situation. She said they did not have my insurance information on file at all. Then she poked around in the system and found that I had in fact submitted all of the information back IN MARCH. She said she would get in contact with the billing department and get back to me. I have not heard anything. I have been on hold with the billing department for 30 minutes now. I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This company is unreal. UPDATE 1 (3 days after leaving this review): Still awaiting a response from this terrible company. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED The billing department refuses to speak to me about billing my insurance. I have called at least 10 times. Each time I am assured that someone will reach out to me, but I have NEVER been contacted. What a rude, unprofessional, and unfair way to treat patients. I finally threw up my hands and decided to pay out of pocket for my unsatisfactory initial appointment and I was charged TWICE! I used the online messaging system to seek a refund and have had zero communication and have yet to receive my refund. I called once again and was assured that the "office manager" would reach out to me. I highly doubt I will get a call."
