"Cancelled my appointment without notification. They left a voicemail asking to come earlier because girl had a cancellation. I work from 9 till 5 and it’s hard to answer calls during my workday. When I showed up at the time of my appointment, staff told me the girl was waiting, but got tired of waiting so long, so they just cancelled my appointment. Very “good” service. Thank you!"

They went above expectations by allowing me to reserve a guest lounge room and even took the time to decorate the space. The spa day included facials, massages and pedicures for both of us. The staff was professional and the experience as a whole was pleasant and relaxing!"
