"Had an appointment for 2:15. Showed up and it was a zoo in there with parents and uncontrolled kids. When they checked me in they said it would be a short wait because they “fell behind.” Waited until 2:50 and there was still someone in front of me so I left. Apparently making an appointment doesn’t mean anything when walk ins with 8 kids can cut in line."

"If I could give this location zeros stars I would. I scheduled an appt for today 1/13/24 at 1:15pm I got to the location a few minutes early and check in with a stylist at the front desk. I patiently waited while 3-5 people who had walked in after me got taken back before me. After about an hour I finally got up and asked what was going on I was told I never checked in which was completely wrong. Even so, if the staff had any sort of awareness they would have noticed me sitting there for an hour you think one of them would have asked what I was waiting for. They then proceeded to make me feel like it was my fault that I hadn’t been served in a timely manner. They then proceeded to take another person back after all of this, all while the girl who told me that she would check me in stood there and acted like she didn’t even hear what was going on. I had a baby sitter watch my three kids while I went for a scheduled and appt now I have to pay for a baby sitter and didn’t even get to get my hair cut. Complete utter disrespect for your clientel. I will make sure I never go back and anyone else that I know in the area knows the type of service this location provides."

"I am 6-months pregnant, live an hour from Victor and was passing through on my way home from school shopping for my daughter. She is 3-years old and finally agreed to get her hair trimmed. We walked in with smiles on our faces and were “greeted” by an older woman saying “did you make an appointment?” while having a very unfriendly scowl on her face. When I responded, “I’m sorry, no, we don’t live around here” she instantly turned away from us. Luckily a younger girl came and checked us in and was very polite. The 2 older ladies were not shy to show they dislike walk-ins and took their sweet time not to help my daughter and I. We waited 20 minutes and were on the verge of walking out when we were helped by the young lady who did a great job and was so kind and patient with my daughter. For the young girls sake, I hope she gets a job elsewhere because she will only be dragged down by the 2 older ladies’ TERRIBLE attitudes and lack of people skills. Shame on you! I would NOT recommend this place!!"

"Had an awesome experience today and my cut looks phenomenal. I will admit I was a little skeptical at first with the lady who cut my hair as I couldn't gauge her personality at first and she seems slightly standoffish and maybe a little frustrated but could have just been her personality. However as we got into it and I explained what I wanted and she did her thing the mood lightened up and I couldn't be happier with her attention to detail. I'm definitely hoping to see her next time I go and I fully recommend this location."
