"Ben (I think that is his name) is a really nice guy which made making this review really hard. I have had bad cuts in the past and this one is near the top in terms of being bad. One star for accepting walk-in appointments. And another star due to friendliness of the staffs. Points loss due to: - Bad Cut - High price for low quality experience. I feel like $12 is more fair (which is already high imho). Paid $26 for a haircut that is close to a buzz cut. I did get shampooed once in the beginning but it wasn't anything fancy ( not that it had to but for the price?)"

"Always professional and clean, Jessica is by far their best stylist there in my opinion. She takes the time to make sure your hair is done properly. Have never had an issue when she has done my hair. I have had issues with another stylist there and had to have Jessica fix it 3 days later. Would recommend this place highly to friends and family, and would highly suggest they request Jessica."
