"Stayed there 6 months. On September 29th I told the owner/manager I was looking at options to move away from his last cleaning lady he fired. She caused drama, called CPS over lies, acts like she is the one running the place. I paid $1800 cash, was not evicted. Came back and the owner/manager locked us out of the room illegally, then his wife told us at 4pm she accepted a reservation for the room we still was in possession of. I called the cops they told them they will HAVE to evict me since I was a cash payer and was there over 30 days. They told me and the cops “it’s our property and we can do what we want”. Furthermore I paid for services I was refused. The owner/manager told the last cleaning lady he is racist against whites(he is Indian). I don’t recommend this place to any white American family/person. This to my family is an INDIAN PRISON."

"My elderly aunt, who was on Social Services, had to be evacuated due to a flood. DSS put her here . They've management had her leave the premises for hours to allow them to spray for bugs. Upon returning to her room, we were informed that they only sprayed the outside of her room. Another woman reported seeing mice. My aunt uses a walker, and there is no safe place for her to walk to. Her refrigerator was so frozen over that the only shelf inside couldn't be removed. It caused the refrigerator to barely close. For days, she didn't have a working key to her room. We were informed that the lock was battery operated and they needed to be changed. Her room is only feet away from a four lane highway. DSS personnel have visited her twice and are okay with her staying there."

"I have been living here for over 6 months, I have no issues here, the owner and his wife like a clean and comfortable place to live. Some people have had issues with that bc they don't know what it's like to keep a clean room, but it what is , they shouldn't be hateful towards other people because they messed up"
