"Great service, very accommodating and perfect set up!!"
"Lovely rooms, fantastic location Due to scheduling, we ended up having the opportunity to stay in the adjoining rooms 8 and 12 as well as room 1. All were super cute and clean. It's an older lodge that has been remodeled. It retains the fishing lodge feel with a mix of modern touches. The air conditioning units worked great in all the rooms. The lodge feels like a home away from home. The location on the water with boat slips was awesome, you can dock a boat or just fish off the dock. I've not stayed in Bemus before, but can't wait to come back. I love the homey feeling of the lodge. All the other guests were pretty laid back and everything just felt very comfy. The shops and restaurants are super close to walk, bike, or drive. Highly recommend for a relaxing family trip."
"Our family really enjoyed all of the updates that the new owners have done to the property. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect, very close to downtown Bemus for shopping and restaurants. Sitting on the dock at the end of the evening was just stunning! We highly recommend the Bemus Point Lodge. We can't wait to go back!"
"If you are looking to enjoy family time, this is the place to be! Whether u want to fish off the dock or in a boat, watch the sunset and sit around the campfire, ride bikes down and grab lunch; you will not be disappointed! Bemus Point is nothing short of relaxing!"
"Not having air conditioning that we were promised it would be done, but wasn't. Then after we were home they called and tried saying we had a dog and we definitely didn't, then said we ruined the floor in one room? When it was like when we arrived. And the pictures on their website are definitely not what our room was whatsoever like we didn't even have handles on our cabinets to open the doors but the pictures they have posted say they had them? Weird. Loved the location but also complained the room was "very dirty" when the whole purpose of the lodge was to fish that's what every single was there to do when we were there and then they complain. All I can say is, why have all those nice things if you're going to complain the room is "dirty" when that's what you get paid to do. Clean. Honestly probably will not stay again after accusing someone after the fact instead of coming up and being direct and honest."
