"Front desk very unprofessional! As a healthcare worker it's best to listen to the patient. Needed to make an appointment as a New patient due to an emergency however, front desk said "IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM" in a very aggressive tone. I wish she would get fired. You don't deserve to work in this field. You are ruining the image of the doctors office. I hope the management would take action in this behavior. This attitude is not tolerable. I would give zero stars if I had the option."
"I had a bad experience there i went there because im pregnant and the doctor who do the annual exam was sooo bad because she hurt me alot to the point i was bleeding and im scared because this never happe with my others kids there was. I don't recommend md angeline."
"Every staff member that I encountered throughout my appointment was very nice. Dr Hernandez is a warm person and she asks your permission before she does anything and explains what she is doing. Felt very comfortable in her office and confident in her expertise. Highly recommend."

"Very bad service. You Waite in the room just wearing the hospital gown , feeling cold and traped for 70 munite! !! Yes no exa durations. The staff not friendly at all. last time the Dr. told me she will give me prescription which I need . I was told I will find it at my CVS. eventually I found nothing and off course it will take forever just to send it to the pharmacy. This whole place is a humiliating place. I'm not recommending the Dr with the service. I WISH I CAN FIND FEMALE DR."
