"Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only a few minor complaints. The water is way too hot, I think you could cook a potato with the tap water. The breakfast selection was a little bit small and I wish it was open before 7:00 so we could hit the road a little sooner."

"Stayed here for 4 nights, this place was better than expected. Very clean, comfy bed, comfy pillows, clean bathroom, plenty of towels, and if you need anything (like the iron) the front desk is more than accommodating. We were easily the youngest people there at 33/44. Quiet area, breakfast was more than enough. Would definitely stay here again if I have to come back to Hyde Park."

"We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Roosevelt Inn! The main thing I look for in accommodations is cleanliness, and this place did not disappoint. The inn is SPOTLESS! Extremely clean and comfortable. We booked a king room upstairs, and the room was a great size with a comfortable bed. The shower water was hot immediately and with nice pressure. The continental breakfast is in a cute little downstairs area with a nice selection -- toasted bagels, donuts, DELICIOUS muffins, coffee, OJ, fruit, etc. to start the day. Staff was lovely and greeted with a smile. You can tell a great deal of pride goes into this establishment, and it shows. Why pay $$$ to be close to the sights (Culinary Institute and FDR home and museum right down the street, plus much more) when the Roosevelt Inn is a great bang for your buck. Looking forward to our return visit."
