"Edit: I don't know what their deal is, but when trying to reserve a room a couple of months ahead of time, they informed me that we could only book within one month of the date requested. We waited as requested, and when trying to reserve, we kept getting disconnected. When I finally did get someone to answer the phone and requested a room, I was curtly informed, "We don't do that anymore." - and was hung up on before I could get another word out.... Don't waste your time here."

"Rude, expense, disrespectful,and loud drug addicts there and the owners only care about money and not your experience there and they are Racist don't care about fixing anything and there are nasty bugs there. And people who would stare at you and harass you but if you don't mind about that then um have fun there and I wish you the best while being there because you would need it"

"Very nice people very clean. Very inexpensive compared to the area. There was no microwave in the room. And no free breakfast but that is fine as it wasn't the reason for my requiring of the room yeah. The water did not go down in the tub a while but that was not a big deal not big enough to change rooms. I will tell her about it and if it is an issue that gets bigger I will change room for the remainder of my but otherwise I will stay where I am"

"The only good thing about this is the location directly across the street from the FDR museum. The beds are like sleeping on concrete, the walls are thin, the pillows are flat, the bathrooms are tiny and nothing has been updated since about 1974. I heard every other guest all night. I've never woken up with more back pain than after a night in this bed. The price compared to other places in the area is unbeatable, but you get what you pay for. Spend a couple extra bucks and a few extra minutes driving and skip this spot."
