"I was a patient of doctor Zakharov for 10 years . He was a great doctor who took time to listen . He never rushed with his patience and was very thorough. He was a great doctor up until 1/20/20 I called and spoke to Inna who l once really liked . I told her that I needed to make an appointment with the doctor during the conversation we wished each other a Happy New Year and she asked how everyone was. I went on to explain that I was in a car accident and that I had a terrible headache and my ear was ringing and that's the reason I need to come in. That's when everything changed she told me no Dana you can not come Unless you will pay for the visit that is no fault. Your insurance won't pay how are you going to pay today . I could not believe what she was telling me after 10 years of being with the doctor all they were worried about was money not my health . I was very hurt even crying . So I hung up . I called back spoke to the doctor and yes he told me to come in but he told me he can't get involved because this is no fault who has to take care of this . Sadly I will Not be returning to their office . I never showed up and they never reached out to me to see of I was ok . After 10 years it boiled down to money that day I thought doctors took an oath to help their patients so sad"
