I entered the premises with high hopes of finally giving my car the thorough cleaning it desperately needed, especially on the interior. Little did I know that I was about to embark on a journey of frustration and disbelief. Let's start with the exterior, which was akin to a botched paint job done by a blindfolded toddler. The soap they used seemed more like dishwater than anything designed to lift dirt and grime. My car emerged from the wash with streaks and spots everywhere, making it look worse than when I arrived. And don't even get me started on the wheels – they were still encrusted with so much brake dust that I could have planted a garden in it. But hold on, because the real horror show was waiting for me inside. Despite explicitly requesting an interior cleaning, I was met with a sight that made my blood boil. The floors were littered with more debris than a landfill, the dashboard was so dusty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the invention of the automobile, and the seats... Oh, the seats. It was as if they had intentionally smeared every stain and spillage to create a modern art masterpiece of filth. When I confronted the staff about this travesty, they had the audacity to shrug and mutter something about being busy. Busy doing what, exactly? Certainly not cleaning cars, that's for sure. It was abundantly clear that they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or basic hygiene standards. In conclusion, if you have any regard for the cleanliness of your vehicle, steer clear of Crystal Clear Hand Car Wash like it's a plague-infested swamp. They'll not only fail to clean your car but also manage to make it dirtier in the process. Save yourself the headache and find a car wash that actually knows what they're doing – because this place certainly doesn't."

"The guys do a perfect car wash. but you have to wait a long time for your turn. not less than an hour! if you need to quickly wash your car for 10-15 minutes but this is not about this place. it's very hot inside. it is impossible to be where cars are washed. they need air conditioning. $48 for a small car)"
