Plus they honor discounts for military, seniors and first responders. The rep rendered outstanding service over the phone when it came to answering questions and getting the best rate possible. Monthly and yearly rates were offered as well as a price lock guarantee for beyond 1 yr. Overall very pleased and looking forward to continued quality from this company when we have the occasion to use them!"

"The only time the phone is picked up is when you to sign up with this bogus company. Claim was denied that should have been covered no explanation given. When I called to speak to a manager the phone was picked up and hung up 10 times while waiting for 40 minutes on the line. The company that picked up the job to do the work had no explanation as to why the claim was not covered and they also said no one answers the phone. After calling three more times as if I was buying a new policy and I asked to speak with the manager no one ever answered the phone. This is an absolute disgrace and rip off. I paid for the Premier policy upfront then paid for the service call and nothing. If you are looking for a home warranty company this is not the one save yourself the aggravation. I rate them minus 10."

"Complete 00 . TRASH!.. they will cheat like anything. Don't believe anyone in this company. Complete fraud. They will not claim anything to you. Just take money from your credit card.. worst worst I don't know how government till give license to this company.. please don't put home warranty even if they tell free of cost. Great headache.. if someone put already cancel your policy immediately.. no customer support. No technician will come. They simply say deny your claim that's it. Very important you can't cancel your policy also and get refund. People will think three years cheap price but reality completely you will get cheated by this company. I lost my big amount with this cheated company.. I know sales person will speak very sweet and give great offer don't believe on this and lost your money as like me. It's. Great mistake in my life without reading reviews and put warranty to this company.. plz be aware .. I don't even how to complaint and get my money back. They won't give your money unused months.. they simply says three words " no technician in your area", "can't cancel as you are in contract ". " you claim has been denied even you submitted the claim single time ".. I lost my hard earned money. Read all reviews before you put home warranty to this company."

"Please be weary of going with this company. To be frank, if I could have rated them with a negative 100 I would have. I have never had a policy with them, however, the way they talked to my grandparents was incredibly unacceptable. The way they spoke to me was unacceptable. For instance, one of the representatives even tried telling me that we should put my grandfather in a home because he has dementia. They also claim you can't talk to technicians over the phone, but the one who made that comment, also claimed he was a technician (so who's lying?) and he also said that he would make sure my grandparents would NEVER get help and they'd be blacklisted. Each representative has basically gave my grandma the run around as well. They also state there's a $75 cancellation fee, but after this whole treatment, I honestly think she deserves a refund and that fee waved. To top it off, the representatives are always in a bad mood before you even start speaking to them, so these people either need to get a new job or your company should treat them better. This is, under my knowledge, a fraudulent company. We're reporting them to the better business bureau. Please just be advised to read other reviews as well for this company."
