"They used to have good service but now they seem to never have anyone available for commutes farther than 2 miles. They always tell us to call at a certain time which is too close to reserve a back up only for them to say no one is available."

"Call for car service from my house to the China Town (Google indicate that it takes about 45 minutes). I ask them to pick me up by 9:30 am and get there around 10:45 am. ​Guess what! She told me right away without thinking, "I absolutely cannot help you, find another company." ​She did not even ask her driver if anyone is available or if I can go earlier. Never referred this company to anyone."

"This is an review solely based on an interaction via phone on the integrity of this business. I wanted a quote to go to Newark Airport from Brooklyn with a stop for a pick up in Jersey City. The dude who talked me through was honest about the price, gave me the whole fee breakdown and even advised me to take the AirTrain if possible after learning what time my flight is. I won't be using them for this trip since my route doesn't really make sense but they got my business next time!"
